smooth partnership during our early stages, we have established the following
simple and transparent returns and exchange process:
1. Change of Mind
If you receive your item and decide it is not quite right,
we offer flexible return options:
- Policy Period: Please contact us within 14 days
of receiving your delivery.
- Condition: Products must be brand new, unopened,
and in resaleable condition with all original packaging intact.
- Fees: The cost of return shipping is the
responsibility of the buyer. Please note that original shipping costs will
be deducted from your refund.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If a product is defective or arrives damaged, we are
committed to making it right:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): If you find that a product
is not working within 7 days of receipt, please contact us
immediately for a prompt replacement.
- Warranty Claims: For non-accidental faults
occurring within the warranty period, we provide repair or replacement
services.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Support: Email us or contact us through the
purchasing platform with your order number and photos of the product.
- Return the Product: Once your return is approved,
please ship the item back. Items must be returned in their original
packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Refund Processing: We will process your refund or
issue a credit note within 3-5 business days after receiving and
inspecting the goods.
4. Policy Exclusions
We cannot offer returns or exchanges for:
- Products that have been opened, used, or physically
damaged by the user.
- Items marked as "Clearance" or
specifically noted as "Non-returnable."
- Unauthorized repairs or disassembly performed by third
parties.
